Is anyone doing a self tan trial for Clix? I was offered about 4 different trials at once and had a choice of 2 creams, spray or mousse tan. I went for the spray version as this is what I normally use. Yesterday I received the mousse and instructions for the mousse, my account still shows that I'm doing a trial on the spray!

Should I start trialling the mousse they sent me or try and send it back? I've emailed them about it but knowing what they're like I'll probably never back hear from them!

Hi, I am trialing the mousse. I've received it yesterday by recorded delivery and found two bottles of mousse in the box. I have to use one bottle for the first week and the another for the second week. I did not realise it was for dark skin and I got a fair skin. I put it on my face and I look orangy.... Why did they invite me if I say I have a fair skin....?? The thing is with their invites that you have to respond to it so quickly otherwise you are late...
I would suggest you start using your mousse because it will cost you money to send it back. In the end of the trial you do their questionnary.
They never reply to any messages...

    Hope it helps.

Frankly if I was one of the Clixresearch paying clients I'd be tearing my hair out. There are loads of stupid contradictory questions and ones asking if you're going on sunseeking holiday in December 2011 or Jan 2012. It's lazy and sloppy . Why anyone would want to risk launching a product off the back of this research is beyond me.
    Rant Over : )

So true! I can only assume Clix provide a really cheap service because they are totally disorganised and their website is a total mess!

Is anyone doing the Clix day and night cream trial (started on Friday I think) My samples have just arrived so I'm starting today, however I don't understand the questions. It offers a score of 1 - 5 but no indication if it means that 5 is more wrinkles and one fewer, or 5 clear skin and 1 poor skin. How has anyone else interpreted the questions?

    Thanks

Edited to add - Just seen, it says something about a visual scale - I can't see that - anyone help?

Are the trials showing for everyone else? I got invited to some trials but when I click on my trials it shows none - not even ones I am doing. I am now 4 days overdue on one and I keep getting emails but can't access anything! I have emailed 3 times and no response I am wondering if it's just me?
