I have been with them for a few months had 3 trails. But when it come to Email them i cannot seem to get them to send. Also on my profile it saying unsatisfactory i have gone over the parts the have a question mark on them and filled every question in. But still saying the same. Not sure why i just wish my emails would go to them and tell me the problem as i think it is them not me. As for getting emails to join a trail you have to be dam fast, and have your computer on all day and keep looking as i know they all go so fast. If any one knows any information on how do do the profile please do pass it on and if anyone else is also having this problem and it is just not me. Thanks and good luck everyone.

It's really frustrating isn't it. I got a night cream trial that says 3 surveys to be completed on the paper insert, on the website it says 2 with one of them to be completed the day before I got the product !

You can never get 100% of the profile questions answered and it doesn't have any logic to it at all. EG you're unlikely to be postmenopausal and pregnant at the same time.

Ah well better things in life to worry about than this !

Just got a "BA Bottom Lift" product to test for 4 weeks. One bottle with a pump and one tube, looks like the same stuff to me :) "Formulated with a red algae proven to have slimming properties, this gel helps to smooth and firm the skin" - we shall see... :) Hopefully i won't have problems with submitting my questionnaire/review!
    Anyway, YAY! :j

Has anyone had problem with the new clicks website,im sick to the back teeth of it,in the beginning they joined e to a cat food trial, they never sent the samples and the questions remain on my profile,i cant answer them, ive emailed, replied to the survey ,done an enquiry and messaged on facebook they just dont respond.Because of the cat food samples I cant join any trials as the minute they are posted they have a blue cross next to them saying im already doing a trial, ive never had one yet.Rant over, lol.

Me too - hand butter and day cream! I like the cream, I'm looking forward to the hand butter as I have a horrible habit of biting the skin around my nails and they look terrible all the time :(

I haven't logged in for a while but are you all still using the old clix website or the new one?
