Hey all,
Firstly, thank you for all the great reviews of our company- we are reallyproud to have you guys as volunteers & hope you have all been happy withthe products.
I'd like to take this opportunity to give you guys a little information onour company. We used to go under the alias clixresearch- but over the last yearwe have been expanding globally and felt the need to tweak our named brand to clicksresearch. We have new software for you guys to take a look at, this will ultimately giveyou a more user-friendly experience and we felt the old site was a littleout-dated. Just type it into Google & you will find it easily.
We have been extremely busy this year trying to supply the demand to all ofyou lovely people & I know we have done a great job so far.
We are no longer running trials on 'clixresearch', so please get yourselfsigned up to clicksresearch.
Once again, thank you for all of your reviews on our service It's reallyhelped tie everything together.
Much love to all,
Robert Ayton.

Hi
For the current volunteers at the old website, will we be transferred to the new website and still receive trial requests or should we sign up for new accounts on the new website? I was a bit confused on the message left on your old website about this.
Thanks a lot :T0 -

Hi Scarlet,
We have migrated the majority of our volunteers over to the Clicks version, but we cannot guarantee that your data has been transferred.
If you use the email account assigned to the account as the username and the existing password- you should get in just fine. If you have any problems I'll email you accordingly.0 -

I can't even access it yet, anyone else had this email?
This may be one of the last trials we have ran on 'Clix' & it could well have been re-ran on 'Clicks' - During the cross-over alot of clients have requested that existing trials are to be ran on new website as it has alot of new perks.
If you need assistance with signing up, please feel free to ask.0 -
Old site been fine for me but big probswith new one.a sample never arrived but the questions remained stuck on my profile since January which meant I couldn't take part in any other trials,so never had a trial with them.been tryingto contact them for months with no luck, just got it resolved with a big apology.now can't log in though except like others through an invite email.never had any problems cosmetic research, been with them for years.
Hi Poppy,
You will be glad to know that we have changed the format in which we select volunteers. Volunteers will no longer be penalised due to their volunteer rating as we accepted that the majority of the time volunteers have done nothing wrong.
We figured this would be a much more reasonable approach as we want everyone to have equal oppertunities.
We hope you decide to stay with us & wish you happy trialling.

Hi Charlotte, Just to confirm- we have made the change-over now. Read the latest threads to keep updated on what changes we have made =].
Thanks for your concern & we apoligise that you recieved a red notification. This will not happen on 'Clicks'.0 -

You can never get 100% of the profile questions answered and it doesn't have any logic to it at all. EG you're unlikely to be postmenopausal and pregnant at the same time.
Ah well better things in life to worry about than this !
Dear Volunteer,
This was our weakest link on 'Clix' - We found that the majority of our volunteer feedback was resulting in negative views due to being unable to fully answer there profile groups, along with this we found that certain volunteers we're finding it difficult to recieve oppertunities because of the way in which we categorised our database.
We have created a fail-safes on 'Clicks' to make the experience less daunting as we did not want volunteers to feel like they were being punished for spending there time on our service.
I hope that you would give our new website 'ww.clicksresearch.c0m' a fresh start as I think you will be surprised with the improvement. Our old website was just too dated for the times.
Our apoligies for your bad experience but hope to see you on our trials in the near future.

Has anyone had problem with the new clicks website,im sick to the back teeth of it,in the beginning they joined e to a cat food trial, they never sent the samples and the questions remain on my profile,i cant answer them, ive emailed, replied to the survey ,done an enquiry and messaged on facebook they just dont respond.Because of the cat food samples I cant join any trials as the minute they are posted they have a blue cross next to them saying im already doing a trial, ive never had one yet.Rant over, lol.
Hi Poppy,
The 'Cat Food' trial was simply a 'Market Research' trial- there was no product for this & that is why you did not recieve your product.
The trial has been 'completed' now and it will not effect your oppertunities to sign-up to new and upcoming studies.
We have removed the 'Volunteer Rating' system, so please do not worry if you feel that you will not be accepted onto new trials because of this.
Regards,
