i am a bit in the know on this one...LF indicatesd the company that manufacture the product...in this case its LF Beauty...they make products for various large companies from memory its places like M&S and champneys possibly...but a google will tell you a bit more about them!

My son did a work experience placement with a company that had an association with LF Beauty and recognised the the products as some of the ones sitting on my dressing table that I've tested!!!

Has anyone had multiple emails from Clicks cancelling trials today? Also I have had one saying I was late with a questionnaire for herbal supplements when I hadn't had the original reminder. I have messaged them about this but the subject title keeps defaulting to the wrong trial

They say that you can ask after completion. And you can.

But they never go to the trouble of answering.

has anyone had problems receiving samples lately???

about 2 weeks ago I was invited to 3 trials.....one which when I looked back said it started a month earlier and it wanted me to do the questionnaire straight away....no samples have arrived and no reply to email I sent.
then another was meant to start last week....no sample received.
and another meant to tart today and again no sample!!

Ive had emails saying 4 trials have been cancelled today although I was only down to do one...then an hour later another email inviting me to what looks like one of the cancelled trials!

Has anyone else had problems either being invited to a trial or getting on the trial with Clicks? I had my first invite today after no invites since last May. I received the email at 15.31, tried to join it at 15.50 and it was full! How quick do you have to be?
