This happens quite often but the good news is, if you've finally been invited to your first trial you should be invited to another one pretty soon.
I waited over a year for my first trial invite and now I seem to have one or two a month.

Unfortunately you have to be very quick,most trials fill up within the first 5 to 10 minutes.ive missed a few by not being quick enough myself.

Thanks Cybi-Ping and Poppyseed. I have been with them for about three years though and used to get regular trials, but have had nothing until today, since May. Same with Alba Science. I am now 59 and wonder if this is something to do with it?

I've received invitations (not as frequently as in the past) and log on quickly but there is no trial listed. It's not that a trial is full and can't be joined but that there is nothing showing. I've tried sending messages to the "Administrator" but, just as you would expect, there have been no replies.

This has just happened to me.Got an invite logged on and no trial to be seen,how strange.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the trial list the full trials are usually there.

I think they're having problems. I've been asked to complete questionaires when I've already done them and I've received a product recently but it is not listed in the studies.
I've contacted them loads of times but not received a reply or been told what to do!!!

Thanks. Where do you find a "Trial List"?

I have a tab for "Studies" and see that the studies are not listed in reverse chronological order (which used to be the case) but are mixed up as far as start dates are concerned. So probably the two recent trials were full and would, by the time I had taken two minutes to login and scroll down,.have been marked as full with green crosses as others are.

Got two new trails over the last few days. One is an eye cream in a rollerball, and the other one (which hasn't arrived yet) says it's a night cream and a day cream, so I don't know whether that will be two products? The thing is, their products never seem to arrive before the first questionnaire is due!

Hi Yes I received the day and night cream yesterday on the 4th; it is two products. Maybe your query about why the survey has come before the product has a arrived is because, this trial has already started. By this i mean, well from the trial i'm on, which i believe is the same one. This is the second half of a four week trial you should have already received a day cream for weeks one and two. Hope this helps
