No it is not my name, those of you on PIP at the moment will be the only ones, it is all going to revert back to DLA, this is why people who are applying for PIP are being send DLA forms out. We have had to stop all the contracts with the Doctors, because we can not hold appeals.

I think this post has some merit.

I am in a PIP area, and we should have had a PIP form on renewal but was sent a DLA form.

I know, although, to be honest, I didn't think that ATOS themselves were the cause of half of the misery - they were just 'following orders'.

They were set targets and test is where the fun always starts

The buck starts and ends with this stunningly incompetent government. They have applied idealology, even when being told by experts that the system and the IT systems cannot cope hence the chaos with Universal Credit as well.

They may keep the name of PIP, but it will be DLA Mark 2 lol

To be honest, I wish taxpayers would understand how much of their money is being wasted, but, thanks to comics like the Daily Mail, they see IDS as a saviour.......if only they knew, eh?:rotfl:

    Thanks again.

    Lin ;)

IDs wont care, as long as the money is not going to claimants.

As you say its ideology so even tho they wasting money on this rubbish the ideology is still doing its goal of denying benefits. Well it was until atos stepped in and said they had enough, now is a huge spanner in the works. I never thought those protests would work as I always said its not ATOS to blame its the gov, but ATOS are the fall guy, they basically getting paid to do the dirty work like a hit man does the work for someone else. But as we now discovered ATOS had the power to throw this all into chaos and they have.

This will never seem to stop tho, labour have now made welfare a big part of their election policy list, it seems every election welfare has to be reformed, so more money wasted and more stress caused.

I would just be careful how much you're saying on here, I heard quite a few stories about people being dismissed for sharing things on social media, and then you won't get redundancy.

why you concerned about this, like you want this person to go away?

    whats your agenda?

My uncle has received notification today that his payment for ESA contribution based will stop in August as he will have been paid this for a total of 365 days, he did appeal the decision over 9 months ago and still has no date for the tribunal hearing. Should he ring DWP as to why no hearing date and how long it may be before his payments resume.
    Thanks for any replies.
