WM x2.. DD2 made DS2 bring the laundry from their room.. it was smellable 26 feet away in her room lol.

Starting sewing my squares together.. doing the into 2's first then into strip of 6 then will sew those together .. shouldn't take too long.. I've made a start on the border so that's going to be done over the weekend.. I hope it will be all finished by Wednesday.

Bathroom and DS2 rooms both cleaned, floor stil to do but I'm having a cuppa.

DS3 home, he seems less sad now, no point in punishing him again on this ccassion, full moon today I think is taking it's toll on him and we have the scattering of FiLs ashes on sunday to do yet (from a hot air balloon - not me and DS3 though).

WM2 just finishing so I'll get that out, hoover upstairs, clean the shower room, feed the mogs and that will be it for the day but better than the rest of the week.

Hah, piggers, DSD is huffing with me because I told her (in front of her friend) she was a minger for leaving her dirty washing lying around her room for weeks at a time; she told me to sod off until her friend piped up, "To be fair, I can see three pairs of knickers from here"! Touche!

I CBA with striking through the list but suffice it to say, the kitchen, lounge, bathroom and our bedroom have been thoroughly gutted and scrubbed today. The kids rooms are still grotty but until they tidy, I'm not bothering to dust or vac. Mexican standoff awaits.

No picking up DD for me today, going to get her tomorrow instead as she has had a better offer for the night  so I'm kicking back with a hard earned VAF (vodka and fanta, classy me). Bottoms up!

    Run out of steam.

Think I'll move on to dinner and see if that revives me.

I'm steamless as well, Dusty. Another full length set of curtains washed and out on the line, niffy underblanket unniffed, two more pillows washed and the double duvet has had a trip to the laundrette and is airing on the line. Most of the first two runs of stairs have been washed together with the corridor to the shower room, which hasn't itself been done. I must get over this hatred of doing the shower room. Doing dinner won't revive me, but it's an easy one of fish, chips and peas - although I'll have to pick my way over the wet stairs to go and get the frozens. I didn't think that one through, did I?
    Better is good enough.

    Evening all :)

I challenged DD to get all her chores (except laundry) done by 6pm. Guess what...I now have a much cleaner house :D She did upstairs and a couple of odd things downstairs, while I washed up, juggled laundry & then cleaned downstairs :D The reward? Take-away for tea ;)

If its gone it's done or not applicable. I'll get some more done over the weekend ;)

Kiddies are having a wild half hour, DS scampering around on all fours with DD on his back squealing - very amusing. Rain bouncing down but fortuitous as I have already put the outside stuff away - phew. Both littlies are fed nitty combed, bathed and hair washed. DD hair was acky from all the conditioner and tea tree. Not found anything on either of them today - think we caught it early this time.

Pulled pork has been pulled and is back in slow cooker with BBQ sauce. I'm not feeling the love. It's nice, but not nice enough to be worth all the effort.

Kitchen sorted but DW needs emptying. DS bed bed done so 3 lots of bedding to launder tomorrow. They've put their toys away? They are now doing jogging on wii fit lol.
