I don't not enjoy my current job, and they have been great supporting me with my MH problems, but i'm getting restless and can;t see me working there for the rest of my working life. The only way i could progress would to transfer to a smaller shop and work my way up from there. But this other job will allow me to have more hours, it wont have the really early starts (so shouldn't be a problem with med side effects) and it won;t be as busy as my shop is (xmas week we were the busiest one of our shops in the WHOLE country :eek: ) i've always said to friends my dream job would be working in an "alternative" shop

Edit - Lir, are you eligible to attend the community dental service? Appointments can take forever to come through but they're a bit more forgiving for people who can't make it at the last minute for various reasons and don't turf you off the list like the usual nhs ones do.

First quoted bit. I disagree. We all just have to blow the cobwebs out of pain, and a moan does that. I whinge about a grazed knee as much as the next person. . The thing I remember is while its good to not to keep things in its also good to remember proportion. I am very lucky to have something that should have topped me years ago not something that topped me years ago. . How brilliantly lucky is that, huh?


Re second bit, no idea. Have just googled and the location would be quite far from great for me in anycase. But thank you. I would never, ever have thought to look.

Aye yeah, they sell incense and hair dye, and band tshirts and corsets and all manner of wonderful stuff they've been there as long as i can rememeber as well so pretty secure and the role is permenent

i buy most of my incense and hair dye there anyway, and jewellery for my lip piercing, if nothing else it will fit in with my appearance lol
