Hahahahaha, she may either be proud or totally freaked out, JM! I sound like some kind of stalkerish fan! I shall be giggling about that for days, I am sure I am not supposed to find psychosis funny but that has seriously amused me.

On the subject of humorous psychosis I can remember talking to Wasp on a messenger while he was at work shortly after I was diagnosed and still very ill. I told him was hot but couldn't open the living room door, he asked why. I replied exactly this "Because Homer Simpson might come in! <long pause> That isn't going to happen, is it?" I get teased to this day...

JM - whoops. Of course I don't want to punch you. I don't know what it is about Jack Monroe. Something about her just infuriates me. I'm sure she's a perfectly lovely person.

  • Hahahahaha! You are all making me laugh! I have never seen her on tv, only looked at her recipes so I can't comment. I can assure I wasn't a smug Jack, just a rather worried and confused one!

MessedUp, you are so, so right not to be considering living together yet! Three months is no time, and due to the distance, you haven't seen him as much as if he lived nearer anyway! (What is the distance? I've forgotten!)
A new job nearer you with his own place would be a great scenario!
I assume the 'ex' complication is that his family really liked her and hoped for great things?
He's in Bradford, I'm in Sheffield. Thinking about it it is was too soon for us to consider moving, but I have started to give thought to it possibly working better if I were to move closer to him, say Leeds. That way we'd see more of each other and stuff. But this is just a vague idea at the moment and I'm not ready to bring it up with him yet. Best to just see how things go, there's no rush. :) (oh and PMd you bout the ex)
