  • I have given him the links and he said he is interested! Thank you, Solar, I think you have cheered up his day! (I'll have a glass of water to celebrate).

How are you doing with the E cigs Was? I was doing ok but bought some proper cigs at Christmas and it did not stop at one pack.I think it must be all in my mind because you get the hit like a normal cig so cannot understand why I still want real ones maybe a 40 year 20 a day habit is the reason
  • I have stuck to the e-cigs, largely because I have fallen in love with water melon flavour! I have smoked less than normal even of those though, because during the flu one puff would send me into a dry, hacking cough. I do crave a real cig on occasion but I think it is because I used to roll them? I miss the action, before when I started rolling one I knew there would be a reward at the end of it so it was comforting.

Well done in sticking to them, much better for your health and pocket, although I do not understand people wanting to inhale all the strange flavours I want my ecig to taste like a cig lol.I cannot get warm today although the heating is on and it is supposed to be getting colder brrr. Very quiet on here today I pop in and out all day to see what people are up to.

Can you smell the flavours? I mean if I were in the same room, would I be able to smell someone smoking an e-cig?

This is the good part I have of not living with my husband. Every Friday is exciting. :o.

No gig for us though. :). Have a great time.
  • I am getting quite anxious about losing weight :(

As I mentioned, I have been allocated a health trainer and some exercise classes and I have been to both of them. I have lost four pounds in two weeks, which I am pleased about, but I weighed myself at home and despite keeping my portion size down and walking more, appear not to have lost this week. I don't see the Health Trainer until Tuesday, so there is still time. Just getting quite anxious about it. :(

I know no-one on here can help, but it's still nice to be able to confess my fears without fear of judgement or prejudice that you get on other threads. Thanks all for the support :)
