Oh, good idea, Solar! WaSp would happily volunteer, even when he used to work he often ended up not charging anything because it was such a simple job to him that he felt embarrassed to ask. If cake appears then all the better!

He is often to be found going through his tool boxes and looking at each thing before neatly packing it away again. He is desperate to use them.

See? Take a random group of people, suggest Nice Man With Dremel, and get such a reaction. There really is a great need for such a chap in many places, and this particular chap obviously has a need to get out there & be involved from time to time.
