Ooof. I just love Christopher Plummer in this film.

That's probably a very good idea Pyxis but I just can't bring myself to think about it. Plus, my washing pile is overflowing.

Well, the washing pile will still be there tomorrow, but if you prepare for Monday now, then it will be done and won't be hanging over you all weekend! It really makes a difference!

Tell you what! Get prepared for Monday, and then you can do the washing pile as a reward!:)

You have a strange idea of rewards Pyxis :rotfl:

Just watching Up. It has the most beautiful opening scenes ever. I cry everytime. (Maybe not one for you though WaS - someone dies).

I'm about to watch Up....it's on pause for a few minutes while I get a hot drink.
    Thanks for the warning, too.

Re rewards........it's like when I had the tax thing to do a few weeks ago, suddenly all the other really boring, tedious jobs became 'must do' and very interesting!

  • Aw, I would like to see that one. As you say though, I don't dare try because of the death sadly. It annoys me because there are a lot of films I would like to watch that I can't. The newest adult film I have watched was V for Vendetta. To say I was a mess for days after the death is an understatement even though it was meant to be a victorious end.

Well, assuming there's only one sad bit in it, I was well warned,,so expected it, so managed to choke it back. It was bittersweet, anyway.

I had it on pause quite a while, so am still watching it. His house is just taking off with the balloons.

Is there anything other bit I need warning of?

    It's ok! It's finished now!
    What a class film!
    That Pixar stable is excellent!

    It is a great film.

So far I am 2 days free of aspartame and am feeling irritable and restless. Weirdly my facial pain has dropped off a bit but that's probably a coincidence.
