Darn it, I was hoping you wouldn't notice that only the hair was mentioned , JM!
Ok, hear is an embarrassing question. Has anyone taken Omega 3 oil, 1000mgs before?
I have been taking this for 10 days now for my eyes and I am living in the bathroom. Everything I eat goes straight through in 15 minutes flat along with heartburn and cramps! The instructions do say that there might be some stomach discomfort but we left that stage behind a week ago. Is this normal for starting out on it? I do have IBS so perhaps this isn't the right thing to take with it? It isn't a medicine, it's a food supplement so isn't this a bit extreme? That's official then! Jobbingmusician is the point of contact!
Beautiful certificate, JM! Very clever! And just right for WaS!
Yes, WaS do have a peep! Remember, that looking into a building, it just looks dark from the outside, and it's very difficult to see people on the inside. But when YOU look out, it's in bright light and so you can see people, but they can't see you, especially if you're not on the ground floor. So do go and have a good look!
Even if you see someone look up, it's not you they're looking at. It may be just the building they're looking at, or a cloud, or a plane, or a bird. When I walk down the street, I'm always stopping to look up because I've heard a bird and want to see it!
With regard to the things in the cupboard, look at it this way. If you were a thing in the cupboard, which would you prefer, to be in the cupboard, or to be in a charity shop, soon to be bought by someone who has a use for it? Plus, when 'you' ARE sold, the charity will get some money because of you!
I'm sure that, if you were a thing in the cupboard, you'd much rather be in the charity shop! I know I would!
I'm giggling at the thought of me being a thing in a cupboard!:rotfl:(I just lurve spiders!)

Yes I take omega 3. Can't remember if it had that effect as I've been taking it for ages. You could try taking it in two x 500mg doses. It might be the 1000mg all at once that's the problem.(I just lurve spiders!)

If I get too attached to you all be very careful, I might stuff you all in the cupboard!
I shall try splitting the dose Pyxis, thank you. It does say stomach discomfort is normal at first, but this is slightly beyond that! I do want to stick with it if I can as it is also good for arthritis so could be useful to me for two conditions. Also, it might be taking you longer to get used to it because of the IBS and also all the other problems and medications, so it'd be good to persevere as long as poss.
If it does persist, you could also try taking a different formulation of Omega 3. There are various different sources of it, and it could be that it's the source of the omega3 that's the problem.(I just lurve spiders!)

Oooh ok! I didn't realise there was more than one type! I just ordered a 1000mg one from the supermarket which is the dose the eye doctor told me to take. It is also true that some of the medications may need to settle down with it, too. I will persevere with this one for another week and if no better try to find a different source. It is said to cause a 60% improvement in my eye condition so I would love it if it works.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Yes, sometimes it's amusing to people-watch, and think about what their movements/body language is telling you about them!(I just lurve spiders!)

I like the clothes of the people I am peeping at! I like lots of colour and we have a Hindu temple close by and some of the clothes the people visiting wear are amazing! I would love to own something like that, they are so beautiful and glittery.
I have some good memories of my mother from when I was very young. Going to the park and days at the beach. She became progressively more unwell as I got older so then there aren't many nice memories but I liked and loved her once. Most of my nice memories are of my father and funnily enough I was just writing a post about him as I haven't really discussed him much and he had a story, too.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France
