Hello everyone,
It's soggy and grey here. I have been getting a head start on writing Xmas cards so I am happy. I am not superorganised - it's mainly family ones and it is only because I decided it would be easiest to put DD's school photos in with the xmas cards.
I have gone in and cleared my inbox too.
I am excited about December, so trying to get the xmas chores out of the way in November as much as possible so we can go with the flow in December. I felt a bit overwhelmed yesterday when I wrote my to do list but we are making headway. I must factor in some rest - it's easy to get run down otherwise and then the bad thoughts start lurking.
Can't wait to put the lights up and get the xmas mugs out. DD has a soft Santa and Snowman and they only come out in December so she is asking everyday if it's time for them yet.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Here's a weird thing about me. When my mum was pregnant with me, she went off tea and coffee (she loves a cup of tea does my mum - as well as childcare, I spent a large quantity of my time making tea). I've never liked tea of coffee. I've tried all different kinds of tea and coffee and I used to work as a barista but I just can't drink it. My weakness is Pepsi Max or Coke Zero. I drink way too much of it. I also like a nice glass of milk.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0

My mum can't stand tea, absolutely hates it. She only started drinking coffee when she started work as my Nan told her people would laugh if she just drank pop (this was a long time ago lol). My mum still makes the best tea in the world though
Feeling v bleugh today. Am trying to wean myself back onto metformin and had forgotten (blanked out!) how horrible it is. Woke up at 2am with awful stomach pain and nausea, then spent the next few hours gripping the side of the bed and trying not to be sick. I don't feel sick as such now, but I don't feel not-sick either, iyswim - it's like I'm aware of my stomach all the time. Had also forgotten that metformin puts me off milk even more, so not really fancying a cup of tea right now. Coke zero on the other hand.... that always sounds good.0 -
I know exactly the feeling you mean tea. Poor you.
My stomach is ok but the anxiety is pretty high. Had to walk past the place I got grabbed which didn't help.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

It may have been hard CM but you did it and deserve a huge well done. A lot of people wouldn't have been able to do it.14 Projects in 2014 - in memory of Soulie - 2/140 -
codemonkey,
I can't remember if EMDR has been suggested to you before. That is supposed to be helpful for some similar situations.
