I've been struggling a bit with the high intensity CBT, it's hard going at times but have had a great day today shopping with my soon to be daughter-in-law and 2 grandsons.
The boys were both good as gold.

I bought a couple of Christmas presents and am now determined to finish the decorating (started 2 yrs ago) before the end of the month.

I'm glad you have started your CBT, dibuzz. I never thought counselling would make such a difference to me (after all, I'd read extensively from self-help books, but sometimes you need that human to pick up on what you are hiding from yourself).

Frustration! I am suffering on another board *cough* from people who have inboxes jammed full. There's nothing more frustrating than trying to send a quick message and having it blocked because people's inboxes are full.......:(

Talking of which, it says that to clear your inbox, one should delete messages or move them to archive, but when I try to archive messages, it doesn't change the number of messages in my inbox, so it still gets full! Is there a way to clear the inbox but hold on to messages? Other than copy/paste onto the computer?

At the bottom of msgs, there is an option to export at text (at least, there is in mine). I tick them all (in one go), export to text, then copy all this text into Word. (This is probably what you mean).

(OOOPS! While I was writing this, my inbox filled up for a moment! Now there is space again )

Ooh Code that sounds scary, hope you had a nice relaxing evening after that and are feeling ok today.

I had a day off yesterday and tried to do some christmas shopping - couldn't find a single thing on my list. Ended up buying some socks then going home to buy things online. Then people wonder why town centres are struggling... no wonder if the shops are so rubbish!

V glad it's friday Am using up the silly amounts of annual leave I have left so am in work today then off again on Monday and Tuesday. Yay!
