Ooooh, that's a thought, LIR! He did mention alcohol, too as being a possible trigger. I think I shall ease myself onto decaff over a period of time. He did give me a sheet telling me all about it which I confess that I haven't read yet, I should really do that.
You are right, LIR! It mentions coffee on the sheet and...chocolate. I am horrified.
I have just ordered myself a bed wedge, otherwise known as the triangular foam pillow I have to use, that was surprisingly expensive for a piece of foam...

Aw, my teacher friend just sent me a surprise. A huge glossy wildlife photography book and a years subscription to a wildlife magazine! How terribly sweet of him! It is my Christmas present but he had to order it now so that I got the book, too. I have monthly animals!Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Not too keen on Crimbo but I do love the films. Must try some of the pantcan'tspell it cake :-)'''
Hope everyone's well!
Do it this way.........
PA..............NET..............TONE
codeM...as it's only a mini-panettone, you could think of it as a sample taster.then if you like it, you can get the big guy in for Christmas. By the way, the mini size is only about three mouthfuls; I think it will take you, mm say, [STRIKE]three[/STRIKE] one and a half minutes to down the lot!
By the way, don't confuse panettone with Pan D'Oro or Pandoro, which is very different, much more like cake. I'm not nearly so fond of pan d'oro.(I just lurve spiders!)

I think I've seen somewhere that some people wear scarves round the head and neck as draughts can trigger neuralgia. How well insulated is your flat?
I think a wimp is the last thing you should be calling youself, btw, given everything that you're putting up with every day.
Gratuitous dog photo of the week (- posted early as my new computer is faulty and may have to go back so internet access will be a bit hit and miss again.)
Gitdog has developed amnesia.
It is less than 30 seconds since he finished his meal and he is now trying to convince me that he's wasting away, it's so long since he last ate.
He has the RSPCA on speed dial,All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Poor starving Gitdog
:rotfl:
Maybe he's waiting for dessert, he's heard rumours that Panettone is tasty0 -
Yes. After all, an empty bowl means I can't have eaten anything, can I? So where's my dinner!
Honestly, some humans can be soooooo cruel!:D(I just lurve spiders!)

What a lovely gift WaS0 -
Awwww, that little face screams "I'm starvinggggggggg!" I would fall for it! He really is so handsome, I love the white patch on his back.
This flat has draughts on its draughts. I have draught excluder's everywhere and the so-called double glazing does nothing at all other than fill with water. I am hoping that the new landlord might do something about that. The neurologist said consider wearing scarves and hats indoors or put a towel around my neck because I need to keep my head and neck warm, I shall have to buy some because as I don't go out I don't really have outdoor clothes.
Thank you, I do try not to be a wimp (but I can be one). These headaches are incredibly painful and make me throw up so I did feel a little justified when he said they are the most painful type of headache. The pain is very different to normal headaches because it so sharp, exactly the same feeling as when you hit your head but over and in one eye. At least I know what they are, though and they aren't dangerous which is always good to know.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

The white patch on Gitdog, from this angle, looks a bit like the Mark of Zorro.
(But maybe I shouldn't give him ideas!)
I can just see him in a cloak and a wide_brimmed hat!(I just lurve spiders!)

Ah, but it has dried fruit in it, pandoro for him.
Anyway, his bowl still has lickings in it.
Mine lick their bowls sparkly, then do musical chairs to check everyone else licked their bowl clean enough too.0
