When mutt had something similar done, she had fluorescent green drops that ended up coming out of her nose. She did look very pretty though. Am now picturing WaS with a glow in the dark hooter.:D
Good for Halloween, but otherwise . Especially if they glowed green through the blanket!  (I just lurve spiders!)

Hahahahaha! You just know that your blanket is softer/warmer/bigger/more cuddly elsien! I bet Gitdog will look wonderful! Purple is one of my favourite colours!
Hello Pyxis! How is the AmDram going? My teacher friend is currently rehearsing The Mystery Plays.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

*waves at one and all*
sounds like a worthwhile investment ElsienPurple is pretty!
Pyxis - there's a TV program on spiders on BBC4 at 9pm called spiderhouse they were talking about it on the radio this afternoon...
All this talk about tattoos made me want to share a program I have to admit to watching on E4 on demand called Tattoos after dark based on Hollywood tattoo shops - some awesome tattoos and piercings with a bit of story behind the motivation, there are also some shorts on 4OD which are 4/5 min programs on tattoos and why people had them done.... probably not everyone's cup of tea but I found them interesting0 -
why people had them done..................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

I reckon Gitdog just wants to be on your lap Elsien, blanket or not, plus everyone knows that someone else's blanket (or any other belonging) is better than the one that you have0 -
 waves, hugs and warm handshakes to all.
Work - well, I haven't been in today. Today was my statutory day off now that I get paid for only 4 days a week, and I spent it having a tooth extracted
Actually it went really well. It was a new dentist, and I was really impressed with his skills, so phew.(Actually I need one of those green smilies with a tooth blacked out
) Now I have to consider whether to spend ABOUT £2000 having an implant. I'm actually going to have all my problems sorted, then see how much we've got left after the builders, then think about cosmetic work/dentures (can't bear the thought of these, makes me feel about 90 years old) or nothing.
I'm getting more used to the camping - I have been really extravagant and spent £50 on a full set of 'House' videos. (Nothing to do with building - it's Dr House and although I've seen most of them, I really love them. I rationalised that I could sell them after I've watched them again.) I love watching something before I go to sleep, and there's no TV in the bedroom hereI miss that even more than a comfortable shower!

I watched the after dark tattoo programme last night - those insert thingies were new to me and looked very painful. I think I'm too much of a wuss to ever consider anything like that. Plus I'd be worried about them catching on something and getting pulled out.
I remember watching a tattoo documentary a while back where a woman who'd had a mastectomy and lost her nipple was having an aureola tattooed on. It did look very good when it was done. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

I'd be worried about catching them on something too plus infection etc! Find it interesting to know a little bit about it0
