I know I only pop on this thread every now and then but I want you all to know that I read every post and the support here is fantastic.

Having a bad night tonight, just had to get up so as not disturb DH as he has work tomorrow, although I know if he knew I was sat here balling my eyes out he would be up in an instant.

Sorry I'm just rambling, I don't really know what to say.

You know when you think you're doing so well and then something you've not thought about in ages creeps up to bite you on the a@@e.

Yup, know that very well. Hope you're ok.

I always have the tv on for drifting off but it didn't work tonight (hubby just falls asleep with it on so it doesn't disturb him), when I started crying I thought I'd best get up as he'd only worry.

You're right it is always at night. I've calmed down a bit now but will probably just try and get some sleep on the settee tonight, I'll put the tv on down here on timer and hopefully drift off listening to it.

I'll see how I am in the morning and possibly make an app't at the docs.

    Thanks for replying x

That's weird. Just came back online to find I hadn't logged out last night as I thought I had. Apologies to any insomniac lurkers.I clicked on logout, but obviously not properly!

I never log out, I'm too forgetful and would need a password rest every other day.

You could always write it down!

Are there any disadvantages to never logging out?
