Fwiw, I could pick up the phone if a friend needed something sorted out but felt unable to like a shot. I think its ennui or apathy rather than fear tbh. I am taking my pills though, and I'm not crying!
in fact, its a but hard to
Keep track of pills ATM because in so e confusion fir opened the wrong packet a couple of weekends ago when I was half way through another, but on the right day, and then I did forget a day and got a bit confused. I had a few words about not confusing the boxes because it gets me in a muddle which I have them with dates and times of day on them. Grrrr.0 -

It might help to put dates on the boxes when you get them, particularly the start date for each box.
They have dates on them! That's why I was cross with fir!
The problem comes because of the big change in routine when he is here and isn't. When he isn't here I keep the pills in the bed:o so I notice them first and last thing. If I need any mid day this week I can tak
E them down with me then.
At the weekend they don't live in the bed, but fir is too quick and doesn't give me time to get the things out of the bed.
NOW I realise this is my responsibility so I have done it this morning and tried much harder this week not to fill the bed with so much stuff. ( I make the bed every day, but the side he uses more often ( we swap sides, rather than having our own side of bed, but we do have fVourite sides) I do clutter up with stuff
So, I have been more organised, neater, and hopefully resolved the problem.
The problem we have comes back to organisation and hoarding. DH has still lots of stuff in the room, And if my back and limbs are bad I need the pills at a reasonable level, not in a bag on the floor. ( the only place left) his options are to stuff them into disorganised draws, but i cannot remember that, so I need an empty, viable space to keep medicine..
It will happen, but it just needs to be in good time. He keeps in is psoriasis in an ikea bag.0 -

This may interest you folks. I don't think it is a penguin - it's an article that talks about a biochemical basis for grumpiness/depression.

Do we know how WaS got on with the nurse at lunchtime?:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

WaS has a dressing on her head and on her finger which the nurse will come back to look at on Monday. She cleaned up my forehead for me and removed the little bits of burnt hair that were stuck to the blister so hopefully it will be fine now.
Oh, and save me from curious nurses. We ended up discussing someone she knew who's mother had Schizophrenia and how it had ruined this woman's life to grow up with it. She asked lots of questions about my childhood, not to pry but out of genuine curiosity because she wanted to learn more. I don't mind as such but it is very hard for me to have someone in my flat without them then hanging on once the treatment has been completed for a chat. She was lovely, though and if it taught her something then it's worth it.
I have my pills laid out in a little box for me by my carer and WaSp, I am useless with them otherwise. There was a scary moment once where I took 3 blood pressure pills rather than 3 anti-psychotics, after that I don't dare touch them. I keep one packet of anti-psychotics at 25mg strength in my bad to use in emergencies if I am alone but otherwise I do not go near the medicine bags!Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Glad you have been looked up and cleaned up.
