Just needed to be heard for a little while

Interestingly little one does not like soft toys at all or dolls. She never has. She just not bothered by them at all and used to chuck them out of her cot. Even now she will look at one then throw it away.

She is however dog obsessed- and absolutely worships Max (and vice versa). I have often wondered if this is why she does not like soft toys as they do not intereact with her like her cuddle snuggly buddy.

Max on the other hand loves soft toys but when we were expecting little one we stopped him having them so there would be no to confusion. They are both very good on the whole she never touches his toys which are strewn about and he rarely touches hers even though the take over the living room. Although the exception may be bricks which are a weakness!

We have never gone back to letting him have soft toys in case we expand our family as it would be unfair to chop and change the rules.

Seems like a sensible way of doing it Haybel. They must make a cute pair! Is your cousins boy older?

WaS - just a reminder that the voices are not real and you are not being selfish by not wanting BiL to stay. BiL is the unreasonable one and WaSp understands his brother is being very selfish and loves you so will not leave. Everyone on the thread are real and there are almost 4000 posts to remind you how much people believe in and value you and all you have offer. Warm handshakes or hugs being sent your way in a golden cloak of protective light.

He is about 3 months older.

Yes Max and little one are very very cute together. Little one actually cries if he goes anywhere without her- when he recently went to the vets with OH it was although the world had ended and he was gone less than an hour! Mind you he is as bad and refuses to go for a walk unless little one has her shoes on and is going too!

what a lovely message to come across at 4.30 in the morning when I can't sleep (again). I have been to sleep so I did get some rest and will go back in a bit. It's just a little annoying though.

WaS, hope you are okay and not catatonic. Remember the bad stuff will pass - it always does and then you seem better than you used to be for a bit. Hopefully if you are psychotic, you are having one of the beautiful experiences. Don't forget to post, and it will be useful for the psychiatrist to read your experiences, and that will help him make other people better too,

Don't worry about WaSp either - he knows you are a hero!

I'm taking big dog and kiwi for a bath this morning. I would take pictures, but I guarantee kiwi will NOT be smiling. Big dog would be, she loves a bath.
