Haybel you can get easier to open stair gates now, the ones you have to head butt to open are going out of fashion.

thanks for my hug, JM, even at the end of the barge pole! I needed that. Throat still sore, hence the small voice. :D

Still in bed with streaming nose and feeling rough. Had a bad night.

Hope WaS is ok, just having a good sleep? Hopefully not an episode. She did really well before.

Still not up to doing pics of instruments, JM. Will do as soon as a bit better.

Hope your 'egg' doesn't hatch, Haybel! If the skin's not broken, have you tried arnica cream on it? If skin is broken, then calendula cream's good, too.

Good morning all! I LOVE! the dogs watching tv, that is absolutely adorable! They are really concentrating!

Awww, haybel, headbutting baby gates is painful! Do put some cream on it and take it easy today. You, too Pyxis with that bad cold! Big hugs to both of you!

Well done on the shortlisting, JM! That's brilliant!

I spent the morning with a blanket over my head in A&E, they were however very kind and gave me a chair next to the toilets through the main doors to the treatment room so I avoided the waiting room. I gave up sitting up last night because my neck was too sore, this morning it had a lump and was warm to the touch and I had a numb arm! It turns out I have an inflamed disc at the top of my spine. It isn't anything new, just the old problem I had since I was 21 flaring up, first flare in 10 years. I have stronger painkillers and there is the possibility of having an injection into the disc (eeeeeeeek!) to see if it can give me some relief for a while. My Rheumatologist will receive all of the information, I am due to see him in November anyway but the doctors suspected that he would want to see me before that.

This week seems to be one thing after the other, if I am not psychotic by the end of the weekend it will be a miracle...
