I really hope you get some sleep dibuzz, I feel sick when I am tired too, it is the most horrid feeling.

I am still terrified of pugdrops but they really do help. After an hour of getting the courage up I just managed to use them and I feel like I have new eyes!

I'm glad you are managing to use the drops, I use them every day and still feel nervous doing it.
I managed about an hours sleep and feel a bit better for it, still got a headache but no longer feeling sick. The only problem with sleeping in the day is I feel really shaky when I wake up.

How about 'whistles and smiles'? Can you whistle?

Or 'wishes and smiles'? That sort of sums up this thread - wishes, in the hope of oneself and others being well one day, or, at least, better. Smiles, because there are an awful lot of those on this thread!

Or 'waves and smiles'. Waves, both with the hand, and of the sea! There are lots of waves here, from people saying hello, and you would like to be by the sea! "Why is she called Waves and Smiles?" "Because she waves and smiles!"
And also because, like waves, you can be feeling tranquil and gentle, or stormy and tempestuous, (such as when in one of your episodes), or just rolling along.
Waves can be soothing, and you're good at soothing people. They can wash bad things away, and they can also move rocks and boulders! They are gentle, and powerful!

Well, things are going swimmingly here. Yes, I actually swam in the sea today - a lovely warm day. I loved the em-ocean-al pun!!! Shorely one of the best......

Home tomorrow, but only for a very short while because then I am turning straight round and going off to play music for the weekend. Yes, I really am a musician, but not a professional any more (I work in mental health now and love it). Playing Bach - one of my very favourites - this weekend

Good Morning! I really like Waves and Smiles! Ok, I am going to bite the bullet and ask for a name change, err how do I do that? I shall try not to believe that they hate me if they say no, too. I might need some reassurance if that happens, the voices are already saying that the thought of changing it just proves my arrogance and conceitedness...

Feeling quite bouyant after the holiday (although hair really needs washing as it's full of salt!) Nothing much to tell though as it's just been a really chilled holiday doing almost nothing! Driving back later this morning

To ask about your name change, PM anyone with MSE in their name (like MSE Andrea). Tell the voices from me that MSE Towers might decide either way, but anyway there's at least one Board Guide here who thinks you deserve a MUCH better name!
