Positive and calming thoughts for tomorrow, Was and a huge well done for getting through the night.
And on a slightly TMI note, why did no one warn me off the effect of jogging on the bladder? I may have to add pelvic floor exercises to the routine.
Off in a bit to dog training in Morrisons car park to test his concentration. Why am I getting a sinking feeling already?

Yes, but all the ones I like are showing as sold out. ....maybe its a difficult time of year? Stock changeover or something?

Oh LIR, I find that the cup fits but the bra's far too tight at the back so I use those extender things. I just can't seem to find anything that fits & have been looking for ages now.

For once I'm not asleep.

My body clock is out.

I can put it right and I sleep enough anyway, so not worried.

I just thought I'd pop in to say someone's awake now, so any one through the night remembers that one or other of us will be around tonight/in the morning if anyone needs a virtual hug/kick /pug lick/warm handshake.
