Hi all!
I am the proud owner of a set of nested tables! WaSp happened to pass a furniture store that was closing down that had 80% off of everything so bought them as a surprise for me. It means that I can have one next to the sofa arm so that I don't need to lean forward to reach my drinks so that was rather sweet. Not the most expected gift in the world either! He pointed out that one can go in an empty corner of the room and I can display my few ornaments on them which are currently living in a bag as I don't know where else to put them, so that will be things in their rightful place! This is now today's goal.
I do see rainbows in all of their colours! And when I remember text I see it on a page in my mind and read it to myself and see little plumes of different coloured smoke rising from certain words. I honestly thought everyone did, I find it very hard to imagine how people can see thoughts differently or not even see them at all.
Hang in there, haybel you are doing so well to cope with this. Big hugs to all of you and I really hope everyone starts to feel better now.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Do you see the colours in their colours?
(I want a go!).:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
Hahahahaha! Funnily enough the world colour has swirls of colour encircling it that fade and change into new colours, some sparkle! They all mix in together because first you have the word colour and then you have all the different colours that the word could represent so they keep changing into each other.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

How old is your DD, haybel?
The only plus side of having a poorly preschooler is that I found when they go to school they have less illness because they've already picked it all up.
DS got quite a few minor infections from nursery and then nothing really until he was a teenager.
Hello Whitewing she will be 22months on the 13th. How old is your DD and you DS?
Max the other baby of the house is 3.5 years old and I have had him since we was about 8wks old.
Both are feeling very very sorry for themselves. They both hate their respective medicines so countless times a day I get to be the wicked witch which makes me feel dreadful! Especially as they both cry.
Spoke to the Dr and he wants to see how Tilly-Mae is in the morning, if no better she needs to go and see him again. She likes this Dr he lets her play with his stethoscope and is very kind and patient.
Max has to go back in a fortnight and has medication for the skin allergy which lasts a month so I get to be the wicked witch for sometime yet!
I have cheered myself up a little watching create and craft as I have some samples on the Pollyanna Pickering shows with Lynda Chapman. I love seeing what the rest of the design team have come up with. I have met and spoken to Lynda lots of times and been to the studios with her too- she is absolutely lovely and so down to earth.
So tired and frazzed. My PTSD still a little triggered but settled a bit. Proud that I coped being back at THAT hospital. The staff were supportive as I told the ambulance staff about my PTSD and they explained for me.

Hay bel, do you want to edit out a name?
Most of today not asleep but off my feet entirely0 -
Aw, I am sorry, LIR. Hopefully tomorrow will be better for you. I have days mental health issues aside, where going to the bathroom is like a 5 mile trek, I know just how it feels.
Cuddle up with the doggies tonight and relax, tomorrow is another day.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Hope it's a little drier and less windy in your end suite tent JM and you're having a fab time.
Hugs to Haybel and LiR hopefully things will feel better soon.
Never knew people saw words in colour, I feel like I'm missing out
Whilst I was at the beach at the weekend i was thinking of you WaS having your beach party, the waves were crashing, there was a lovely breeze and heaps of shells to look at and select a few for my friends shell jar

Awww! I am so touched! Look everyone we are on the beach! thank you, so so much, that has made my day! I honestly really love that, I am all excited like a 5 year old now!
I want a go at hearing music for words! I am used to colours but I think hearing musical notes must be beautiful. Unfortunately you can't choose which one your brain opts for.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

Thank you WaS. Really getting me down I am not allowed to so much as go to the bathroom without one of if not both of my babies crying and then come medicine time (11 times little one and 4 times Max) there are tears again. I could honestly cry myself.
Thank you all for the kind words.
LIR thank you for thinking of me. I often mention her in my articles and have pretty much given away my identity in that sense too... Lol I am not good at incognito! Thank you for thinking of me and asking though.
Glad I am not the only one envious at those who see things in colour. It sounds much more interesting than just seeing a word.
Incidentally WaS do you see different colours for different usernames? If so what colour am I?Make £10 a day challenge November £125.60/310
