WaS, when voices are under water, they become muffled and incomprehensible. Unintelligible sounds.

WE are here, not those voices. They are under water and they cannot hurt you.

  • Yes, during psychosis there are quite a few physical symptoms, most noticeably the electric shock feelings and the headaches. I will also find I will develop and upset stomach now, the chemical imbalance causes a lot of physical affects.

My partner talks to me about anything with occasionally asking me questions to make me focus. It is important that other than his voice that I sit in silence as any outside noise makes feel even more confused as I can hear sounds from all of the other worlds (I think that there are 5) as well as the voices. I am better hugging toys when this happens, I have Sir Pugliet tucked under my arm.

Even worse than the other worlds right now is the feeling of hopelessness and feeling locked into a never-ending darkness. There is no hope here, no dreams, there is nothing. Everything is flat and cold. I see it in my mind as a blackness that continues forever, there are no features, it just continues indefinitely.

The fact that my OCD became worse yesterday shows that my chemicals were already moving out of balance, sometimes I can tell when psychosis will happen because I get other symptoms in the days running up to it. I know that this won't go on forever but right now an hour seems like 3 years. I am watching the clock and telling myself to get through to the next minute. I am watching the hands turn, everything is heading towards its end whether good or bad. Every minute that goes past is getting closer to this ending. I can take another dose of anti-psychotics in 10 minutes.

Are your symptoms of everything generally getting worse or getting better since you started this thread? Can you tell?

The stomach upset will be the stress of it all WaS, although it could be the meds too.
