WaS I don't know what the weather is like where you are but hear the heat wave has finally broken and we have beautiful, heavy cleansing, hydrating rain.
I can hear it bouncing on a section of metal roof we have , and it makes a beautiful noise, like rain in the jungle. I can hear it rushing down the down pipes, off the roof, and I can see it running along the paths. And its softening the pressure in my head and making it easier to think. And the coolness in the air is gentle on my skin after the heat that's been like warm embraces, this cool, wet air is like soft, cool, kisses,
I hope it does the same for you. Clears things a bit.0 -

would be great to do that with you!
Them were the days! Our Mom used to allow us to drag the table from the kitchen & into the back room where we'd turn it upside down. Did you ever use the clothes horse too?

Thank for the healing blue light and the thoughts of the rain, both are calming to me. I can tell that this is chemical because I have the accompanying feeling of electric shocks down from my head which make me crunch my face up. It is a common symptom when I have produced too much dopamine in my brain (if anyone wants to look up dopamine and schizophrenia).
It will pass but right now I don't know the point in my staying alive. I am not even sure that I am alive. It will pass.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

We love you, WaS. This feeling will pass.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

This is a scientific paper on the links of dopamine and schizophrenia. It shows the changes over time of research and development in the field.0 -

You are alive. You alive because we are not the voices, you have to type to us. We have to type to you. We don't say those silly lies.
The point in being alive for you is the same as for the rest of us. We all wonder at times. Just a few weeks ago I was teetering myself, and here I am now laughing again. Nothing's changed but help with a few chemicals. Certainly no change in point.. There is your OH, there are your friends there is YOU. The rain, the sea. The colour blue. These are all reasons to be alive.
