So still better than not being there0

This seems to be a very good article about the biological basis of anxiety disorders. A lot seems very familiar to me - I wish I'd known this when I was a teenager:

ETA: Also, WaS, I have to say that you are sounding much, much happier these days - more lighthearted.
I have noticed this as well and it is so lovely to see. Go team WaS.
Whilst we are on the topic of thanks i am very sorry but i never remember to thank anyone but it goes without saying i think you are all fab. I also never look to see if i have been thanked as and i am quite embarrassed it just never occurred to me that i might be.
I will start using the thanks button as i think it is such a lovely way to join in and i love the reasons and explanations people have come up with.Make £10 a day challenge November £125.60/310

No, I didn't see those posts. All the more reason for decluttering - easier to cope with your house collapsing on you. I even more admire you to be posting when you have such a lot going on.
I got a hug today from a strapping young male. Remember when I said that during my post natal depression, I got unreasonably irritated by a particular member of staff and I knew that I was being irrational? Obviously I hid it better than I thought as I bumped into him in town today. I haven't seen him for years. It was great because it feels that something else from my past has been put to rest.
I have your DP to thank for that, WaS, as it was outside Superdrug when I went to take my unwanted medicines.
I have quite a good declutter of paperwork before I left this morning. And cleared the table of crafting stuff. So I felt good and calm, which was just as well as DH was sick all over the bathroom and his clothes. I told him he would feel better now, but DD was looking for reassurance as she hasn't seen him ill. (He has just been sick again so we will have to see how things pan out today. He is meant to be helping me at work as I have some staff off on holiday).

I ordered a lucky box and got 3 packs of sweets, 2 cans of Dr Pepper, a cupcake mix and a jar of jam among other things. Funniest thing of all is a huge tin with no label, could be anything! Not bad for 1p. Coffee then I shall catch up soon.

I pretend I craft as I don't seem to get around to it much. I love scrapbooking. I also make cards sometimes. I think I'll get back into it more when DD is old enough not to pilfer my equipment the moment I get it out. She spent a good hour yesterday chopping up scrap paper with my guillotine thing. Luckily she is careful with it.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. I freelance design for a few craft mags- I do both card and 3d papercraft projects.
I also scrapbook and am doing a cake decorating class but these are just for me.

You sound very talented haybel. I am not in that league but could enough for family.
WaS, I am looking forward to hearing about the decluttering. Bet you are worn out.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -

Happy popping. That is marvellous progress. I am impressed that you managed it in just one day.
I cleared out DH's car door today - full of rubbish. I am trying to do little bits at the moment when I notice them. There are still some bigger areas to do something with.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them.
