I meant to post a link to an article in Saturdays paper about experiments with different lighting in schools in Norway. Might be of interest to those with SAD. Can't do it on my tablet though. In the guardian if anyone wants to look it up.
This the one?

Eugh acne, still the bane of my life at 36. Clinique citiblock is the best facial sunscreen I've found so far, but it's only SPF 25, so ok at this time of year but not enough for warmer months.0

Thanks Gingernutty, that's the one.
And in a complete change of subject, I saw my first snowdrop today. My favourite flower as it reminds me winter is on its way out.
Which was a nice positive after a slightly dodgy day at work. I like the job itself. There are other aspects that are making me very cross indeed at the moment. I just need to work out how best to tackle it. As they say, this too will pass.
And it'll be crocuses (croci? ) next. I like spring. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
My dad was called Kevin - he would totally approve of the llama

Don't get ahead of yourselves about spring. Yellow weather warning for snow here.
I am also ridiculously pale - so pale I am blue. I once went to a fairly remote Greek island and people there almost fell off their scooters because they were staring at the pale person so much.
Also, I don't quite understand but I have more spots now than when I was a teenager.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -

Ar work today, i'm 99% certain i saw one of my exes at the stall across from us. Albeit i'm not 100% certain as my eyesight isn't great but it was enough to turn me into a shaking wreck. He wasn't a very nice person (the last time we spoke 4 years ago he threatened me) so the sight of him just brought it all back. It was the fact he (and if it was them. his skanky gf who who cheated on me with and left me for) was stood across from my work for ages. I'm annoyed that its shaken me up, i'm annoyed that i've let it get to me. It might not even have been him but my gut feeling was it was and that scared me.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
