Halifax £100 Incentive problems

I applied for the account in June, everything went smoothly, however the £100 did not materialize.
I gave them a call last saturday morning and it appeared yesterday.

Update re my previous post:
As per clause 5 of the conditions I should have received my £100 yesterday...They have breeched the terms as it is six weeks and one day now and no £100.

The nice lady at the call centre after 5pm yesterday looked through my account history and can't see any reason why it has not been paid. :rolleyes:
So, she completed the form her end to get someone to look into it (the "Incentive Team" you will have read about on the forum) and so now I await the response.
I think a letter listing my weekly contacts with their call centre, a summary of their errors, customer service issues in branch and system issues might have to go in the post to chase this along a bit. Might as well start the complaint process now rather than later.
20+ years, largely trouble free, with Lloyds TSB. No wonder they have to offer £100 to get people to switch, such hassle! I'll not be sending that "close my account letter" the Halifax sent me last week until this reaches a conclusion ...:rotfl:

Well, they are nbow in breech of condition 5 of their terms and conditions by 4 working days. Their terms state 6 weeks... 30 bank working days in my book so 4 days is 13% overdue...
...Can I claim £113 instead of £100?
...Can I write to them and charge them £25 for doing that?
If they send me a statement whilst they owe me, can I charge them for that too LOL...
So far they owe me £100 + £13 +25 = £138 then ... probably not.
... ... ... time passes.

Got my £100 today. :j
6 days late but I did get it after chasing it up after 5pm on day zero when they had breeched their binding terms and conditions for the incentive.
I did send a letter detailing the full extent of my almost weekly calls to them to sort out problems and keep a tab on where they were with the admin.
Well, now I can relax and enjoy the extra interest Lloyds TSB were not giving at the time.
Or is there a better offer now...another switch incentive somewhere? Not sure I can justify the work versus the payback tho' LOL.
I'll keep the Lloyds account open for a while in case they mess up anything else and lose my confidence.
