Yawn. Terrible nights sleep, I feel shattered. DH is away until Friday Nd I always go to bed stupidly late when he's away.

DS1 is behaving better. He has ransacked the house and found his confiscated items. He knows I will take them back if he does't pull his weight so hopefully we are travelling a better road.

I need to hail myself out of bed and finish off the lunches.

    Well done Pigpen.
    Nice one Valli.
  • Morning all - just a flying visit to say hi and well done everyone. Pigpen, for loan repayment, Valli for being appreciated. Do you teach Year 1 as I remember holding a hissing cockroach when I was a STA for Year 1 class- and stroking a snake - petrified but couldn't show it!!!
Busy day today so may not catch up until evening. hope it's a good one for everyone.

    Dentists at 8.30 -ahh!!!

    Morning all

Grey here so an ideal day to get some bits done indoors including some flying. Off for a shower and then I'll have time to clear the table for this morning's meeting.

Piggers well done on your debt busting

JTTUO hope the dentist goes ok

I hope the postive comments are keeping the previous back-stabbing in proportion Valli.

Two more boxes sorted last night and the shower was scrubbed to within an inch of it's life. Both letting rooms need a bit of attention and the shower room needs dusting and the rest of the floor mopping. Then, I think I'll be taking a leaf out of Pigpen's book and doing some serious flinging from the crafting cupboard.
    Better is good enough.
  • Hi - I have returned! - minus one very wobbly tooth!!! and with instructions not to do anything strenuous for at least 6 hours.:jThe injection has not yet worn off so hope I can cope when it does.

Thanks for your kind thoughts everyone - they certainly helped when I read the posts.

Have sorted my holiday clothes with d sis who approves and made no comments about the very very few things left in my main wardrobe after putting the holiday ones away! Never been really clothes orientated - or had the spare cash to splurge - if I am clean and tidy that will do.

At vol job 2 along with paracetamol this pm - so have a good day everyone. I am off to find something to goggle at on the box!!! and will think of you whilst I do.

I'm peed off this morning. DD1 cooked last night, rare thing in it's self but she also managed to trash the kitchen  I went to the cinema last night, didn't get back 'til 11 and went straight to bed so of course noone thought of loading the DW
The living room is full of dirty washing up, school books that aren't needed today and DD1 has left sticky roller papers all over the sofa along with a wet towel!
I bl00dy give up, I feel like crying, also DD1 never bothered to get the washing in last night like I asked so of course it's rained overnight and this morning  She's going to be the first to complain when she doesn't have a clean work top for tomorrow.

Right off to start all over again :( DW on, TD on (another job not done last night), now to pick up the living room again . . .

Going to clean all mirrors, rehoover hall and make a start on bathroom. Hoping to get loads done today and tomorrow, away Friday to DD's school and 3 boys have 3 party's to go to on Saturday (well if they behave)

Everyone seems to be going great guns this morning :T:T:T

I have just finished Unit 3 of this course - only one more to go :j

WMx1 done and x2 in - nearly all of it DH's rugby shirts, which he had put away in the wardrobe although they had grubby spots on them  Like everywhere else in the UK, it's going to rain here all day, so I now have wet stuff strewn around the bathroom, because I don't TD the rugby shirts.

We had breakfast a bit earlier than usual because DH had to take the car in for a check. I think I will go and cook lunch now.
