Weekly Flylady Thread 2nd June 2014

My small folk are in bed both shattered. They've had a soak in the bath and their teeth scrubbed (have they cleaned them at all this weekend?) and their hair checked over (:eek:) so they are both beautiful again it's rather quiet up there.

DS was asking about Christmas earlier - he wants to know where "everybody who we know is coming to stay" will sleep :rotfl: he is a bit previous! We are nearer to last christmas than next (just).

House is looking good again, I have been a busy bee this weekend. Even the garage is "acceptable" although I still could use a tip run. Fortnightly bin collections are not helpful when you need to declutter! Unless I ask next door - they have a bigger bin than us, and it's just the two of them now. They might have room for another bag.

Also thinking of getting rid of some of my fabric stash. Might take it to the clothing bank - hmm. I will sort a bag tonight I think :T

Plus I seem to have a load of carrier bags - will find out where I can recycle those (don't think its green bin friendly, is it?)

Evening all. Haven't managed to make it to laptop and as i always read on my phone, thought I would try to post on it.
another busy few days, had my nephews again for last few days.
lozzy- I thought I was mad, but you win the top place! You even managed dinner! I cheated, we had takeaway.
have spent most of week just keeping on top of washing and DW and sweeping the floors (dogs are really moulting)
Yesterday dh took a massive amount of big strong boxes up to the girls room and helped them pick up all their toys... at least 10 boxes full! Hopefully I can work through them 1 at a time but at least I can find some floor and get to their wardrobes.
Not going on scales till morning and getting nowhere really with the rooms yet.

Haha I loved it! I can honestly say I don't know how you guys with big families manage day in day out, but now and again its really good fun
