I had DD2 and 2 friends sleeping last night! But they are good girls so no dramas.
The kitchen needs S&S and the floor still needs doing
I had a bit of a spat with Mr O&O via message this morning but I think it's sorted now. He had the bl00dy cheek to call me selfish!:mad:
I'd planned to work on the garden this morning but then it started raining, now it's stopped again so I'm not sure what to do  I have washing on but not sure if to try putting it out or not :undecided
I'm going to have some lunch then decide . . .

I've got DS school shirts scrubbed with household soap and in a whites wash with some oxy type stuff. It's the cuffs and collars, all yellow from sunscreen I think. Suspect it won't come out but worth a try. Soaking hasn't helped nor conventional stain removers. I have squirted the pen marks with hairspray though
Just having another cuppa and sifting through a small junk box. Some to fling and some to rehome. Have one more I can do then will look through the book box.
Piddling down and dark here.Bossymoo

Hello all. Lovely to have a mini-flymeet this morning at the Foodmarket! Mrs Chaos and her son made the trip and we had a good chatter. Also saw Quillion and her tot - both mums should be VERY proud of their boys!
Done two washloads so that's neatly folded awaiting dry weather and emptied DW.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Afternoon flyladies
Just checking in, haven't flapped much this week as I have had a three-day migraineReally bad one too, touch wood I feel ok today, I had to take yesterday off work and everything -- I NEVER do that. Hey ho! Dusty, the migraine heralded AF's arrival, has she shown face with you yet?!
No skids this weekend, cricket was thankfully cancelled because of rain, I couldn't've sat by a wet pitch all day. Time to prep an early dinner and try and catch up with the washing mountain.0 -
DD is home, she's put a wash load on and done a batch of dishes for me. Now curled up on the sofa watching her DVR programmes.
She'll keep on with those two jobs until they are both finished.
I'm printing & cutting my templates for my windowOne England badge ready to be turned into a template, just about to do the world cup logo
I love colouring pages on the 'net
I need to get some lunch first though
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Fizz - no absolutely nought here, don't even feel she is imminent, glad your head has cleared a bit now. Cricket on here, quite sunny this afternoon, I sat up there for a couple of hours but home now to finish off reading a few reports and to do an hour in the garden.
Towels all dry and the other wash is nearly dry too. Whites tomorrow after a wet cricket field! The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Aww that's lovely!
Sun is out here!
Eye test done, new specs requiredI had not budgeted for that! Still, I went to a gift shop that I had a £20 voucher for, and got DD a lovely rag doll with 3 outfits, all half price (would have been £44 ) and cost me just £2 :T kerching, hidden it away for her birthday... I think its safe to say I won't be shopping there again any time soon. Nice boutique type shop but very pricey.
Also got new brackets so will rehang the shelf after my cuppa. That could be interesting...
DS shirts are still a state. One more wash with a bleach tablet and if they are still grotty I'm going to fling them.Bossymoo

Well, I haven't done much today. Started strimming the back garden but had to stop cos I couldn't change the cable thing. DD1 & boyfriend did it when they came home to sort out her chameleon.
I had to give them a lift back to his and then came back and did some more of the garden. I've done half the garden and I shattered so the rest can wait til tomorrow
I need to organise dinner, doesn't look like DD2 will be back for that and S&S the kitchen0 -

Folks, we're off to Belgium early on Monday morning; Jessie's being picked up at 07:00 and we'll be setting out shortly after. I am unlikely to get anywhere near MSE next week, as we have a duty to quality-check the beer and chocolate.;) Plus all the other things one typically does on holiday.;););)
Have a grand Flying week, friends, and I'll "see" you all anon.:hello:If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0
