I apologise if this is on the wrong board.... Feel free to move me!
I'm complaining to ofcom about the comment just made by one of the presenters to the male dancers
Something along the lines of "what do your wives/girlfriends think of this" especially as the guys are gay!
What do others think, if you watched of course
Edited to say: I haven't lost any sleep over this, when I wrote it I was actually thinking that it was in poor taste! After the comments on here, please don't bother saying "get a life" "worry about other things" because it's lame!
Thanks

I think there are bigger problems for us all to worry about.
Some people spend their energies looking for things to be offended by.... others have a life.:hello:0 -
But yet you still commented.....Newly Married, not a 2b anymore!! Mum to two wonderful boys!0

First, which male dancers did you mean? Specifically?
Secondly, can you explain why the comment was offensive? Did those dancers say they were gay?
Finally, do you realise how ridiculous your complaint is?
Can I advise you to watch more intelligent programmes perhaps?LBM: August 2006 £12,568.49 - DFD 22nd March 2012

I am expressing my opinion, not offending anyone.
However being told to watch more intelligent programmes is offensive.Newly Married, not a 2b anymore!! Mum to two wonderful boys!0 -
I'm sure if the 'gay' dancers found it offensive they are big enough to make their own complaint.
Maybe they'd find it more offensive that people think they need to complain on their behalf!0 -

Gosh, you really are very easily offended.:hello:0 -
I think people have a tendency to look for things to be offended by so they can come across as very politically correct.
As said above, if the dancers themselves feel offended by the remark (which was made, I believe by David Walliams) then I am sure they are more than capable of making their own complaint.
That's IF they feel offended. I somehow doubt it. I am sure they have heard far worse, and will know the correct channels to follow if they want their views heard.0 -
If it offends you - stop watching!0

I thougt the comment made by Dec was funny. The male dancer at first took offence, then he visibily lightened up abit. I think the dancer takes himself too seriously.Dave Ramsey Fan[/COLOR]0
