Ooh you are a tease! :rotfl:

You are so right! You can go to bed WHENEVER you want to! And get up when you want to, and eat when you want to, and sloth out on the sofa when you want to, and have a long bath when you want to, in fact, you can do anything you want to, whenever you want to!!

    Result! :T
Still getting used to it. Though it's been ages now. I like sitting on the big sofa now which I wasn't able to before. :D

i think someone should make me some of that sorbet i tried to make some and it just turned into this weird lumpy mush - was quite nice blended with some vodka though :)

did you manage to get to the doctors?

there is a bird at work that will come right up to the people in the smoking area and just stand on the fence next to them and kind of bob his head as they are talking
Mmmm vodka in it! when im off all these meds i'll have to try that I think

yes went to docs. have to go back again next week as I also had blood test done for just in case xx

Hugs, rosie. I hope you have a good sleep tonight.

As you know from my other thread, I'm having a difficult time of it too. I find the mornings the hardest atm. Isn't it strange how our minds work? But it's good to come on here and talk when you need to. We're always here.

I'm off to buy a watermelon tomorrow :) xx
yes it is weird how our minds work. I think locking up the house also scares me. though I have no issue with walking around in the dark, sometimes im scared of it?

hope you're ok Tay xx xx

Rosie, that's my kind of recipe, the sort that allows you to eat some as you make it! :D

    Thank you xx
Good enough is good enough, and I am more than good enough!:j

If all else fails, remember, keep calm and hug a spaniel!

Thanks for the recipe, Rosie! I did have a giggle as I read it! How much watermelon actually goes into the sorbet as opposed to into the sorbet maker!

I'm going to enjoy making it!
There were some monster watermelons in the market the other day. I'll have to roll it home!

Feeling scared is normal, when you're on your own for the first time in ages. I know I was, all the time! But then, gradually, you find out that
everything's ok, you're ok, and All's right with the world!
Are you by any chance able to have a pet now? I found having a pet a great help, because if I woke in the night and felt scared, I'd look at the cat or the dog, and if they were sleeping peacefully, I'd think, well, they've got hearing that's 50 times better than mine, so if they've heard nothing amiss, then there's nothing to be scared of, and then I was able to get back to sleep.

I would love one but Letting Agent said landlord doesn't want one.
I really would love to get rats again. they are amazing and so cuddly.
I used to walk around with mine all over the house. one would climb my arm then on my head and sit there. the other would be in a bag around my neck. then we would parade past the cats. so funny.

    thank you xx xx

Surely they wouldn't mind a rat in a 'cage'? Would it be worth asking?

    Hello,
feeling a little lonely at the moment. not really sure what to do to drag myself out of it.

I've got a friend whom I see sometimes, though she lives in a different town so it's not like we can just "pop round" to see eachother. It has to be planned.

I don't know how to meet people. Which at the age of 36 sounds stupid I know.

Just out of an abusive relationship and still feeling fragile so please be kind

    Thank you
    xx

Been there, done that, got the T-shirt, shorts and socks to match.

PM me if you want to chat about it in private as I'm here as proof you can get yourself out of such feelings, find yourself a loving partner who is worthy of your attention and you can both make the other happy

    Good luck!

    Phil
