And front door is all locked

Yes, it probably is that, Rosie. Some sounds can travel through things like pipes. Also, sometimes the whirring of the fridge or freezer can sound like people, and it can sound like buzzing too!
It's because your own house is so quiet. Could you put your radio on for a bit? Not too loud, so that you can sleep.

its ok I've moved just into the bedroom now so its fine. I have ear plugs but can still hear it which isn't good. its like a radio low but its just always there I cant hear words till earlier which aren't saying nice things. but its safe just up here. I got some bottles of water and biscuits

Have you tried keeping a radio on, not too loud, all night, or would that make things worse?
