Astounded by Teletext!!!!!

Arrived at 4star Hotel and found a shower but no bath.
Went to Reception and explained we had paid an extra £80 to upgrade the room.
They said all rooms were the same price and none had a bath!!!!!!! !!

Did you ask what the £80 was for?

Just because it's 4* star doesn't guarantee a bath, why didn't you do some research on what the hotel offered before booking?

There are hotels all over the world without baths.
What have teletext done?
Why didnt you research the hotel before booking, I am fairly sure it would have stated as such in the hotel description

Description En Suite Bathroom We were advised we would get a better room as the basic could be small and in a corner.
Hotel rooms identical in every way including price (MANAGER)

You're going to be hard pressed to use the word Bathroom as an argument it should have a bath. A few dictionaries all say the same thing

If you ever go to America you'll be disappointed as an awful lot of bathrooms don't have baths in them.

Been to America several times and accepted shower but what about the £80!!!!!!
