Hi guys,
Apologies for being AWOL since the beginning of the thread. I've been snowed under with work and overtime. Have kept a track of my budget though and it's looking pretty sorry for itself at £41.02 with two weeks to go
Still, going to try my best to stay under if I can. And now to catch up with all the posts I've not been reading.
Have a great weekend.

Hi everyone,
Budgets list updated yesterday, then I lost my mahoosive post as the forum went down
Welcome to:
kirstydriver and student-mum-2
Have had a Tesco delivery and trip to Aldi this week, so we are well stocked up. Will need to get fresh f&v plus packed lunch bits for next week though. DS1 goes away with the school next week and DD has a trip too, so only 3 of us for dinner a couple of nights which will be strange.
Meal plan:
Tonight - burgers in baps and oven chips (I'm out with friends)
Saturday - Jacket potato and chilli con carne (hopefully without a mouse eeeek)
Sunday - chicken goujons (DH and I are out)
Monday - pizza and salad (for 3)
Tuesday - fresh pasta and sauce (for 3)
Wednesday - bacon and cheese puffs
Thursday - chicken curry, rice and naan
Friday - Mexicana mince
Saturday - chicken fajitas
Sunday - roast chicken
Only about £65 left in my allocated budget until 24th so will have to be really focussed from now on.

£38.05 spent on a slightly earlier planned weekly shop to utilise OHs carrying skills
.
My appetite seems to have done a runner since I started this new job, I am waiting for it to hit back with vengeance but for now I am enjoying the weight loss.
Cooked OH filled pasta and will probably grab some toast if the mood takes me.
Hope everyone has a great weekendGC £157.08/150 @26.7.14

Another £5.00 spent today on:
large jar beetroot
2 x part baked dinner rolls
some wholemeal rolls
squash
eggs
also got a couple more bits for the holiday stash - hoping to make the holiday as close to a no spend week as possible (bf and I will split meals out from another budget) have most things I want to take with us now; just need some fresh fruit and sandwich bits. Bf's parents should be bringing a chunk of stuff too
should not need anything for a few days at least; hoping to only need milk, ham, lettuce and cheese next week...fingers crossed************************************
