Half way throughout the month and have spent £205.04 from my £250 budget! I've just bought the shopping for the next week so I shouldn't be too much over my original budget. It's the first month I've done the grocery challenge so I know where I could cut back next month.

It's been quite interesting to do the meal plans each week, I feel that my cupboards are half empty but I know I have enough food!

    Small spends added to sig.
Yesterday - HM casserole/dumplings - FF - just me having dinner - wanted easy as I had a mega cleaning day. So much easier when Mr F is not here to clean round!
Today for dinner we had HM salmon fishcake + HM wedges + mushy peas.

Took this off your signature - It's great and really made me laugh :rotfl: thanks.

    I had another NSD yesterday but a bit of a spendy day today  Mr T - £6.75, Morrys - £40.77 and Al*i - £19.15 so total of £66.67.

This means I am ATM about £22 over where I should be on day 15 but there is lots of food in and shouldn't need much this week apart from milk and maybe fruit towards end of week :)

Spent a bit extra as we had fresh fish and extra fruit as it's all now coming into season :T. Also there was some store cupboard stuff like rice and wraps in the shopping today.

I had fresh plaice with new pots and salad for lunch and DH had HM squash soup (freezer) and fresh smoked cod loin. We just had some fruit afterwards :D

Hope you all have a super Sunday

Been MIA for the last week or so. Mainly due to not having much to report.
Friday spent £3.15 in tesco on one of those curry boxes! They were on offer so thought this was a really good price. OH and I had it for dinner on Friday night and then spent 35.77 in aldi on the weekly shop. Still ended up putting a few extras in like pulled pork (never tried this before but will give it a go. Is it best served in baps with wedges and salad???) and chicken kievs. Will put them on next weeks food plan!

Half way through the month and spent just under half of the budget! Only two more weekly shops to go though! So 3/5 of the way through I guess!

I Haven't updated for a while so my total now stands at 435.07€. I have full to bursting cupboards, and a full fridge (and the veg garden is starting to produce now too).

So I've decided that I'm going to do a fiscal fast for a week and see how we get on!
    Trying to keep in budget.

I have gone over budget:o My total is £292.70 out of £265 and I have until the end of the month to go.

Yesterday's spends were £7.15 on a maccy dees breakfast and £29.48 in Mr T. I have coeliac disease and cant eat gluten and Mr T has an event on and are stocking a much bigger range for a short time and I bought 2 GF fajhita kits, couscous and some new cereals. I love, love, love fajhitas and never have them so bought 2 kits at £5.50 each. GF stuff is so expensive:mad: There are 6 wraps in each, DH had wheat ones and I only ate 2 so the other three will be frozen and used as pizza bases.

We also bought crisps and fizzy drink for DH as were starving after our day out and chicken for the fajhitas.

Using a stuffed turkey joint for tea tonight we bought last week with roasts and veg and will use up a cabbage. The cabbage will need to be used up so I need to think what else I can do with it.

Did a shop yesterday at Mr S spent £10.44 On milk, bread veg and yogurt.
Brought frozen cauliflower as the fresh ones were so small and £1 each, at least the bag will do more than 1 meal. I now have £28.46 for next week's shop. The following weekend were away so it's should be plenty.
    Have a good day.
