Does anyone have a weekly ball park figure I should be aiming for?
Husband and myself, (the dogs can be extra) both work at home, mainly outdoors, we don't eat breakfast but have lunch, and tea with a pudding. I try to cook from scratch, sometimes bulk cook and freeze, I don't really have time for shopping so use the online delivery quite a lot, usually As*a or Sainbobs.
Oh - the other thing, husband doesn't like 'foreign food' and is allergic to tomatoes so no pasta or rice dishes, he's a strictly meat and two veg man.
Spends are now at £88.16 this month which is ok. Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend what ever they are doing.MARCH £62.38/2500 -
Some inspirational and impressive totals on here! Thank you so much to everyone who posts.
I spent £13.45 on groceries in Aldi today on Hovis bread, f&v, milk and kitchen roll etc.
Then I got £61 worth of shopping in Sains for £37. The reduction was a combination of a £15 gift card as I took back some ladies' Venus razor blades that have been sitting in my bathroom cupboard for months and never been opened. I was a bit sheepish taking them back and was surprised that I got £15 gift card, I got around £2 off in YS savings and £7 from savings from offers. I think I need to get out more because when the man in front of me said I could have his nectar points I was far too pleased about it!
Have a lovely rest of the weekend. I remain over my alleged budget of £225 a month for the year but am pleased to be totally honest about grocery spends and hopeful that it can even out as the months go on. Realistically it's a very good budget for me though considering what we used to spend so yay xx0 -
Hello everyone
Not spent at all today even though I've been up to the city with my DD.
Had stir fry for lunch and salad rolls for my tea followed by a piece of choc brownie that I made last night. I have given over half the brownies and the lemon and poppy cake I made to her as I'm trying not to weight on.
Anyway £0/£20.00 and 2/7 nsd.

Just under a £20 spend here. Mainly on fruit and veg, milk and cheese. I shouldn't need anything until Wednesday now.
I really can't afford to keep spending £10 a day. My purse is staying shut £36/£240
