Spend of £1.25 today.
Made HM shortcrust pastry - enough for 2 quiches + some LO - FF.
We had HM Goats Cheese/Tomato Quiche + roast potatoes + roasted red/white onions + peppers + tomatoes + garlic for dinner. The dark colour of the quiche filling is the paprika I added.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

Okay so day 1 for me as bought items today in Tesco. Spent £41 and so many pence (can't find the receipt but remember the pounds at least). I did stock up on the dogs denta sticks and jumbones to do 2 weeks though.
They had a lot of pastries reduced to 36p for the boxes of 2 so I bought 1 box of danish and 1 box of croissants to freeze with the plan to unfreeze one item each night to bring to work with me in the morning. I am a devil for buying a box of pastries on my way into work or at lunch several times a week! So fingers crossed this stops me0 -
More milk picked up from A1di today. Signature updated with all spends from the weekend.
Now 26.7% of the way through the month and 37.83% of the way through my budget.
I'm heading back to Costc0 tomorrow - mainly to get some bits for DD (who I'll be seeing on Tuesday), but I'm also considering a couple of bits I talked myself into leaving on the shelf last week......Cheryl0 -

No receipts, but I'm adding on £10 for the Indian snacks OH purchased yesterday (he did come home with some lovely Turkish Pide bread for me too).
Also, we discovered we had not a grain of rice left - so I went out today to buy that and some grapes - another £14.48.
So we're at £117.99/£200 - its all going very rapidly downhill budget-wise this month. We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0 -
NSD yesterday, still on track for the month.
Today will be getting the motorhome ready for a weekend in the mountains, luckily its got a very good heater, so we are really looking forward to it. Still I will make sure there are plenty of quilts and hot water bottles packed, can't be too careful!0 -

I went to Morrys today and spent £15.78 on some YS stuff, more fruit and a little samphire to try as never eaten it before.
For lunch we had salmon with croquette potatoes (both from freezer) with steamed carrots, courgette, snap peas, samphire and hollandaise sauce - not impressed with samphire but rest was yummy :T Finished the part-baked rolls as ploughman's plates for tea.
Hope you all have a magnificent Monday

Venison casserole with honey glazed root veg for dinner last night was delicious, as was the apple shortcake for dessert.
Sounds delicious.
