The reason for my questions is that I've got an unused Natwest account I'd switch if it could stay open - I like having the 'Get Cash' on their phone app in case of forgotten wallets. m&s bank service is !!!!!. Called their '24 hour' phone number and there was 'nobody from the switching team available'.

Called back and after 30mins and passed round 3 people still no success.

It took my wife 3 attempts to get her switch documents sent out, but we have had other issues with M & S CS in general recently so no great surprise. Things aint what they used to be at M & S

I got switched on June 13 and received my gift card today. May be you are just a couple of days behind me.

Well guess what the kind Mr post man pushed through my letter box today? Exactly one calendar mouth from my switch date.
There`s cutting it fine. Roll on the weekend and I shall enjoy my bottle of malt.
