hi guys like I said not judging anyone who does receive any money - I am lucky that my parents support me in many ways and its just frustrating in an 'industry' that says its doesn't matter where you come from etc everyone equal, that people who get hands outs (someone I work with had all his debts paid by his dad) get further than those of us who have to pay for our bad choices.....

I hold my hands up my debt is my problem and I am dealing with it but just wish I wasn't being dragged over hot coals for it....

I agree with this. Although I think some people are lucky to have their parents pay for all of their university stuff, graduate with money in the bank and no debt etc -it does need to be acknowledged sometimes that it is often easier for people in this situation.

hi on my way - so lovely to hear your comments.

I of course explained all my issues with my x. The main reason I could no longer afford to make the statutory repayments was because I had a massive house fire and lost basically everything I owned. I therefore, had no choice but to increase debt and within a couple of months ran into issues.

I would have hoped that they would see this, my repayment plan (which I have agreed to at £500 a month. This is likely to be half what I currently pay but thought it was much better to stay a lower amount!!) and agreed that at meetings I would provide statements etc to show that I have paid this off and they have evidence.

I have only got one default, annoyingly for less than £300. I have already contacted noddle as the date was 6 months after the defaulted date and just want to be able to move on asap. It was also paid off within 4 months, so is showing as satisfied for over a year. Hopefully, this all helps with my application.

Sitting here worrying again about tomorrow - I know I shouldn't but the lovely person processing my application from my company side was really cross with me when I went to speak to her the other day and I am scared about mentioning it to them again.

Hopefully this time next week all will be sorted, I will worrying for a little while but setting myself the goal of after 5pm stopping!!

Hope you are all good. This weekend was a planned spendy time yesterday as visiting family, but kept costs as low as possible and managed to go out for drinks and only spend £8. (impressive for london!!). It was lovely and had a quite NSD - my 9th for June.

Doing some market research next week a couple of times so not NSD but get the money back.

Anyhow, hope the weekend has been kind to everyone xxx

I can only assume you've already opened up a vein to give them all your blood already?

I hope for you, that if they were going to knock you back, they wouldn't keep asking for more and more, so think of it as a positive.

Morning everyone - hope you are all good?

whats been happening in the world of me I hear you ask... (well perhaps not but still I will tell you)

Firstly, tennis is on and weather is good (free things that make me happy!)
Secondly, I have been eating really badly recently and am reining it in. I feel really bloated and unhealthy - although not sure I put on much I just hate that feeling!
Finally, I am not using the stress from studying and FCA stuff to bring me down. Just making me more determined! Both on my Debt Free journey and success in the future. Wooo! positive :)

Hope you all have a GREAT day x

After yesterdays great email (the person doing my authorisation said that this is a very positive move) I feel very excited. It literally could be any day now!

Plus the B word was mentioned again yesterday- yay! I just spent ages last night working out which accounts I should look at sorting first.

Also, finishing the month tomorrow without using overdraft for the first time in months. VERY proud! However, I have no got a very expensive few months coming up. Firstly, going to my brothers uni thing - thats £75 on train tickets (buying in advance, with rail card), and his birthday (already bought a present but still c£30 on train fares), and paying off the final bit of the honeymoon before we go in October.... plus need to renew my drivers licence....

BUT I have bought the mirror and will stock up on the Ll offers in there, and with all the studying I am doing I don't have many opportunities to spend!! Plus yesterday was the 10 NSD for June.. Need the same for July...

Hope you are all well x
