    Morning all

For the next few months money will be extremely tight whilst I pay off as much as possible (for my FCA application in my new firm) and save to move house. I really hoped that when I handed in my notice my current firm would put me on garden leave and that would mean that I could crack on with MSE and selling and sort. However, they are making me earn every penny and staying until the bitter end. Not an issue really but extra time would have been nice.
DH is doing his best to relocate with jobs and applying for new ones, as well as working out a way we can buy a car... any ideas?!?!
So ever hopeful for May I want to save £100 for holiday during half term, £400 into savings for moving and paying off £500 from debt. I also want 15 NSDs, making at least 2 meals a week from stores and no buying lunches out. I dont know if this will happen but I hope so....
Hope you are all good x

    Hi Sparky, :hello:

Gosh - exciting times for you! :T

Good decision; the West Country will be a much healthier location in which to start a family. Your house-fund will go much further there too.. :)
Hope DH finds a new job in the 'right' place asap too - fingers crossed & positive vibes!

As for a car, well you've got a while to peruse Autotrader, ask around mates and visit dealers (decide which checking service to use if buying privately - R@C did a report for us, but we had to join first which is fair enough).

morning all! hope you had a lovely weekend?

We had some amazing news. My family (bless them) want to buy us a car! so exciting. The one rule is that it must be one that I really want rather than a 'practical cheap' one. Will be so helpful! amazing ! xxx
