morning all! A very MSE weekend as I hardly spent anything and enjoyed a relaxing time woohoo! makes a change doesnt it.

I managed to get to the gym twice (going again tonight!) to try and get over this weight loss slump...

I've given up wine (this is hard, but I get great £3.59 red from a cheap supermarket so not expensive) and we got through 4 bottles a week! Not good health wise nor money! So gone back to G&T instead. this is cheaper, and lower in calories... And yes I know I need to cut this down so I dont drink so much. but, I love sitting there with my DH having chatting whilst dinner is cooking and really relaxing...

Only just managed to log back on - good for you. Some people get away with being rude as no one dares to stand up to them..I am starting to get better at it...slowllllyyy!

morning all funnily enough there is snow in central london! amazing. Very pretty.

As for MSE - NSD yesterday and Sunday so 2 for February already not bad I am aiming for 15 this month....

Still working my way on at work, its tough being a lady in a man's world and at the moment my profession still is...

Morning all!

I helped my boss save £290 a year with her bills yesterday as part of my making other people happy. She was so happy - and I hope she will continue to be more MSE! She earns c£70k a year but wastes soooo much. I told her if she paid that off her mortgage she would also save the interest so she made her own snow balling calculator haha. I then sent her a link to another. So all in all great day!

wasnt a NSD because I got a free coffee but bought some crackers for lunch and then had to get home from a late meeting but only £5.30 spent.

morning all

having a tough old time at work at the moment, but struggling through the stress! boss had another 'word' telling me how frustrated she is with me not concentrating and focusing. Now, I work very hard, but do the job of 3 people. Therefore, I have to go and speak to people at the other end of the office. Factor in, I build relationships for a living so I dont just leave things lying around and tell someone to do it, I ask how they are what they've been up too etc. This means my ceo thinks I spend my whole time chatting, and don't work hard enough. Very frustrating. what can I do? change who I am? No thanks!

have my second meeting regarding an update to my 'debt' position with my compliance officer Tuesday... its looking pretty damn good!

Stands at c£5,000 with all but the loan at 0% until Nov '16 or April '17 but I intend to have it all paid off by the end of this year. Along with saving up for a car and ensuring that I continue to keep costs as low as possible...

onto 4 NSD for Feb, continuing well!

I have people coming to look at our drains tomorrow, it smells awful sometimes and thats winter - think of it at the hight of summer! there is a 'fat' blockage towards the end of our street and I think this causes our issues. LL is being amazing though and constantly chasing so this is really positive.

So all in all don't too bad.

Sorry I havent been as active as normal we have had a very sad death in the family. As I said before my inlaws live in the West Country and this means we are trying to juggle work, london lives and working out how to get down and help with all the funeral prep.

However, because I have savings(!) we should be able to manage the huge additional cost without debt woohoo! xx

Right onwards and upwards....

MSE world I have a confession. I upgrade my phone so still costs the same but paid off the phone part and got 128GB iphone 6 without initial cost as I sold my 5. I get discount on part of the contract so no extra monthly cost but no reduction either. But, I love it and its made me happy.

Ive had 12 NSD in Feb, and finally got paid my £200 expenses which I paid off cc.

Working hard, having a meeting next week with my progress etc which I asked for - want a proper contract etc.

Anyhow got the funeral soon, supporting DH and family after their loss x
