Eat that, you will lose on that0 -
closed : 6 st overweight and eating too little that cause other complications are both not healthy..what I am trying to achieve is a balance between two..
i had health problems (low iron) last year when I went on diet, so I want to make sure i eat the right things at the right time in the right amount.
I am sure with options given by you all here I will get there0 -
Been on a diet since 6th jan, first four weeks I lost 6lbs, next four weeks I lost 9lbs and the last four weeks I lost 0.8lb so it's a total of 15.8lbs which I'm so pleased about but for the last few weeks I'm struggled, using any excuse to not count calories
I wouldn't care but I'm not cutting anything out I'm just trying to be sensible, I don't get why I'm struggling so much, I really want this because I'm miserable being fat
I'm hoping this will help or someone will give me a kick up the !!!! or something
Will you stick to yours when you only lose 0.8lbs a month
Not seeing any results is the most common reason why dieters reach for the crisps and give up and just get bigger and bigger
lack of iron is what youre eating, not how much!!

What your diet seems to be missing is fruit and vegetables - 5+ a day. Or looked at another way about half by volume of what you eat should be fruit and veg.
Carrot sticks make nice snacks. For something more substantial you could have various veg sticks with a hummus dip.But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

With all due respect Tink, you have a thread running entitled anyone else on a diet and struggling, have mentioned that you lost 0.8 pounds in 4 weeks, and you're advising the op. Congratulations on losing what you have, it's not easy, but if you want to continue losing, you may need to ratchet things up a little. the first stone is easy, the second not quite as easy!!
