    how overweight are you

8 or 9 eating events per days is way ott, apart from drinks, it should be 3 max

not good for what, the runs?

if you eat meat, just have normal meals, chicken/fish/meat/eggs and 2 veg etc, and cut out the snacks completely. If you're a few stone overweight, losing one in a month is easy once you set your mind to it, but not if you go the faddy route .

green tea and peanuts aren't a cure, the latter is full of calories.

    from nhs website
My BMI is 36.4 (Obese) , 118 kg
    recommended calorie intake 2100 - 2700

    Is 2700 for maintaining?

I agree about losing the apple go aheads as I too was snacking too much on this type of thing thinking I was being healthy.
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

1000-1500 calories a day.. you'll lose weight easily, thoughts of food are dominating the day if you have 8+ eating events.

If you really want to do something about it, cut out the snacking completely. Once you get in the mindset of not eating every waking hour, the hunger pains will go

Take 500 off the number it gives you then go from there

Do not eat as little as 1000, it is not healthy

That's wrong when you factor in exercise the number should be higher than your bmr

    What are your stats

    Age, height, weight
