I do feel sorry for the OP

Looking at her past posts she has had problems with a faulty sofa and a tumble dryer.
And of course not forgetting the gerbils :D

I have a bit of sympathy for the OP you have to be persistent with Argos to get them to adhere to the SOGA.

What have they not adhered to in the SOGA?

But from what the OP has written, it seems Argos have. In fact, the OP even admits Argos are entitled to attempt to have the camera repaired.

Of course there are these 'other circumstances' mentioned, which if the OP could expand on, may shed a different light on the story.

No I won't avoid them, they have done nothing wrong. You should of uploaded you pictures to your PC or the cloud.
How long had they been on your camera?

Maybe it would 'of' been worth asking your question before criticising for not uploading them...

Seriously though, I would imagine you will get the "put it in the back room for three weeks then give it back to the customer because there is nothing wrong with it" treatment.

I had a faulty mobile phone that was 6 months old.
Argos at Preston Manager would not replace it.
I rang Argos Head Office and they rang Preston and and told them to replace it which they did.
