    in the same way that GPs (used to) use abbreviations on patient records to denote 'difficult customers' I'm teasingly suggesting they might have flagged you as a bit 'touchy' or 'difficult' so find an excuse not to deal with you. ;)

    Quick update - the cheque books for the new account have just arrived.

    My name appears first, both on the envelopes and on the cheque books.
