Alpharooms mess up yet again

What a complete farce and MSE should really take action and kick Alpharooms rep off the boards.
She didn`t help one bit but cleared off for the weekend leaving you in the lurch.

Have you tried https://www.travelrepublic.co.uk or lowcostholidays or hotel4u.

Monarch and Easyjet sell hotel only as does Ryanair.

why not post the name of the hotel you wanted to stay in on here, I am sure many people would help you look for something similar

Thanks all. Photome, it was the Sol Pelicanos Ocas.

I can't get through to Alpharooms on the phone and have emailed again, with little hope of a reply though.

That`s where they film the tv series Benidorm in the Ocas.

I thought you were looking for the Melia, but Travelrepublic are pretty good, I use them myself.

from £668 half board for your week (no idea what you paid)

Thanks photome. I finally managed to get through to Alpharooms and they have sorted it out now. They have given me the Riviera Beach for the same price I paid for the Sol Pelicanos so hopefully it's panic over...if nothing else goes wrong, that is!
