The proposed content for para 2 looks ok. You could modify it slightly in line with the following

along with [name and address] and [name and address] the executor nominate of the said deceased conform to her will dated the 25th October 2011 and the codicil thereto dated 17th June 2015 which are herewith exhibited, docquetted and signed by me as relative thereto and that myself, the said [name] and the said [name] are children of the said deceased. In said Will and in the said Codicil, the said deceased is designed as residing at [address] a previous address. In said will I am designed as residing at [address] a previous address, the said [name] is designed as residing at [address] a previous address, and the said [name] is designed as residing at [address] a previous address.

Regardless of what you put into the box in para 1, the address difference should be referenced in para 2 - as you have done.

The wording of the docquets is by the declarant, therefore is the same regardless of the number of executors.

As ever many thanks for your help  @buddy9

I honestly thought I had reached the end - and hopefully one further bit of clarification. ( I have filled in IHT400 BTW)
Current iteration (04/22) of C1 form quite clearly shows to skip questions 17 - 25

However, the notes to go with C1 show this

Thus implying that I do need to fill in boxes 21-25.

I had hoped that the letter F in the green square would mean something, but can find no reference to this!

They don't make it easy! Which is correct?

    Thanks in advance

The C1 guidance is correct here, the C3 is incorrect.

Huge thankyou to Buddy9, Durks and Benin - I submitted my C1 form into Edinburgh Sheriff Court this afternoon - have been told it will be 4-5 weeks before they will (hopefully) give me a call to make payment.

Couple of things which I was worried about so will add them here:
     - Edinburgh Sheriff Court is on Chambers Street across from the National Museum of Scotland and near Grey Friars Bobby. It's about 10 mins walk from Waverley station (but up a hill)
     - Its open 9am to 1pm, then 2-4pm - but the museum is free so you can potter there if needed.
     - You don't need an appointment, the chaps on security will point out where you need to go ("Commissary" - one flight of stairs up)
     - At the counter, they took photocopies of my ID, then my covering letter, C1, Will & Death certificate - they checked I had docquetted and signed everything - but obviously not all the details.
Covering letter needed to have my mobile number so they could contact me for payment if/when everything was accepted.

If everything is accepted (Fingers crossed), I'll post up a redacted version of my C1 and covering letter

Hi, I am ready to submit my C1 form and just want to check one thing before going to the Court, because I can't find any examples here. My uncle received a legacy (one third of the residue) from his late aunt's estate. The payment was made to his bank account a few weeks after his death, it was an amount of nearly 18 thousand pounds.
How exactly should I word this in the inventory? This is what I currently have, is the wording correct? Does it contain enough detail, do I need to add the relationship between them, ie say that it was his aunt's estate, or can I just put estate of the late [name]? Thanks for any help.
    Estate of the Late [Name]
    Administration of the Estate by
    Anyname Solicitors LLP
    Any Street, Edinburgh, EH1
Deceased's entitlement to one third of the residue
Residuary legacy due to deceased at date of death                         [Amount]

    no need to identify relationship.

    Could say

    [Aunt name]’s Executry

    Administered by …………..

    Share of residue
